Best Hong Kong Property Award

This award stream is to recognise the best local property and is judged by the following criteria:

Eligibilities:

1. Application is opened to locally registered company which owns applicable property (original character, design or creative content), or marketing agent obtained consent of the owner of applicable property, within the Qualification Period;
2. Qualification Period of the Hong Kong Licensing Awards 2020 is judged from 1 March 2019 to 31 August 2020
3. Applying licensed products, brands and properties have/had to be promoted and / or available for sale in Hong Kong or other territories within the Qualification Period (both dates inclusive).

Remark:

1. Gold Award winners of Best Property or Best Hong Kong Property in previous editions are not eligible to re-enter this award category with the same awarded property/entry.
2. Silver Award winner of Best Hong Kong Property in previous edition is only eligible to enter the Gold Award in this award category with the same awarded property/entry.
3. Bronze Award winner of Best Hong Kong Property in previous edition is only eligible to enter the Gold and Silver Award in this award category with the same awarded property/entry.
4. Merit Award winners of Best Property or Best Hong Kong Property in previous editions are only eligible to enter the Gold, Silver and Bronze Award in this award category with the same awarded property/entry.
